Cozy, clean apartment, safe area, dog friendly ($25 additional fee per dog). 1 bedroom w/king bed and 1 cot and couch available for 2 additional guests. Close to Lake Superior, Lester park (MTB biking, hiking, paddling, ski trails with lights till 10 PM), 5.5 miles to Bentleyville (biggest holiday attraction in MN), 2 blocks to lake walk, great for biking, running, walking & rollerblading. Pizza, coffee shop, park & gym all within 2-4 blocks in a beautiful, family friendly area neighborhood. The space Apartment is above main house, shared front entrance with separate entrance to both apartments. The space is cozy, light and quaint! The home is an old-fashioned Duluth family home in one of the safest areas in Duluth. Guest access Front door is unlocked. Apartment will be unlocked at arrival time and key inside. Free parking is on the street, (alternating parking every Sunday). Guest also has access to bikes, snowshoes and SUP boards upon prior request for an additional fee. Other things to note Dog fee is $25 (cash at departure), one-time fee per dog. Dog rules require that dogs not to be allowed on furniture, please bring your own dog beds/blankets. Also, dogs who bark can not be left alone. No cats! BBQ available - Bring your own charcoal.
