Kumudini's house is next door and she would be available if you need anything to help with. Kumudini's is happy to offer you a Barbecue griller if you need. And the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, Refrigerator, Dish washer, Dishes ware, Cooking basics like pots and pans, Stove, Bread maker (Toaster) and off course Barbecue utensils. There are many restaurants and shops close to the villa with walking distance - offering tourist foods. Guest who stayed before loved their privacy, so Kumudini doesn't come to your villa during your stay. Alternatively, she keeps extra pillow/ blankets washed out and keep in cupboards. And, other best facility thing that no one offers easily is the free of using your own washer. it's all your home. Kumudini doesn't charge extra for using washing machine. Kumudini also cooks delicious meals and so you could order your home cooked meals next door. Our guest brings stuff from market and Kumudini helps the guest with cooking them on an extra cooking cost without a profit. Considering above facilities, you would see that how her price is best as she could. Kumudini's is mostly rented out for long stay only and you would find Kumudini's the nicest villa and setup for a long stay guest. Other things to note We are committed to maintaining Airbnb’s Protocol on COVID-19 prevention, such as the use of personal protective equipment, like masks and gloves, as well as disinfectants that are approved by local regulatory authorities. Further, we keep our home empty for a set period in between stays, with no activity other than cleaning, to make sure that you have a safe and memorable stay with us.
