Kumudini's house is next door and she would be available if you need anything to help with. Kumudini's is happy to offer you a Barbecue griller if you need. And the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, Refrigerator, Dish washer, Dishes ware, Cooking basics like pots and pans, Stove, Bread maker (Toaster) and off course Barbecue utensils. There are many restaurants and shops close to the villa with walking distance - offering tourist foods. Guest who stayed before loved their privacy, so Kumudini doesn't come to your villa during your stay. Alternatively, she keeps extra pillow/ blankets washed out and keep in cupboards. And, other best facility thing that no one offers easily is the free of using your own washer. it's all your home. Kumudini doesn't charge extra for using washing machine. Kumudini also cooks delicious meals and so you could order your home cooked meals next door. Our guest brings stuff from market and Kumudini helps the guest with cooking them on an extra cooking cost without a profit. Considering above facilities, you would see that how her price is best as she could. Kumudini's is mostly rented out for long stay only and you would find Kumudini's the nicest villa and setup for a long stay guest. Your Host, Mrs. Kumudini, has recently retired and put her life’s savings into this home in the hope of making some extra income. She’ll give you a warm, smiling welcome and is living nearby to help out when needed like meals and extra services. and the home is well equipped for this. Unawatuna… sounds attractively exotic doesn’t it? It is. It’s a fairly popular place too, certainly in the high season, but nowhere near as busy as Negombo or Hikkaduwa. All is all a comfy spot if you’re looking to meet some fellow travellers and kick back. Unawatuna is one of the rare places in Sri Lanka where sunbathing in a bikini won’t attract too much attention. So yeah, a nicely familiar stop, before heading back into the wild and wonderful… Renting a car with driver and fuel would cost around USD ten to fifteen thousand a day - depending on how many days you are hiring and how long distance you are travelling. When you are arrived in Unawatuna, there are so many options/ rental services you would find across. Renting a scooter for a day would cost around USD five and you would need to fuel. - it's not much. Further, we keep our home empty for a set period in between stays, with no activity other than cleaning, to make sure that you have a safe and memorable stay with us.
