This rustic cabin campsite has a full size bed and a wood burning stove for those chilly nights (seasonal-early spring and fall ). A unique camping experience! Private fire pit with seating, endless firewood, camp kitchen and everything you need for campfire cooking. Solar lights, outhouse, solar shower house (no hot water). Very private get away! Enjoy staying in nature at its best! No power! Completely off grid! Guest access Guest parking is at 3700 state forest rd Townshend Vt 05353 by the kayaks. Campsite are only accessible with 4 wheel drive and good undercarriage clearance. For guest that do not have 4 wheel drive we will get you to camp with our side by side. Other things to note This is a rustic camping experience. Everything is off grid and you will be staying with nature at its best! We have bugs, spiders, ants etc. we do use natural Deterrent to help. But please be aware they are there and that you will see them from time to time. AT&T is the only cell phone service that works here, but we do have WiFi at our office for checking messages etc.
