The farmhouse has been restored in strict keeping with ecological requirements whilst retaining all the charm and style of a traditional Tuscan villa. It offers its guests the enjoyment of an intimate stay in a setting that captures nature in all its splendour. Wood burning fireplaces, terracotta floors and vaulted wooden beamed ceilings characterise the refined interiors of the house. The spacious rooms have been carefully and tastefully tended as have been the elegant outdoor furnishings of the villa. The entire property can accommodate up to 10 guests in the five bedrooms of the villa. It is also possible to add two cots for children up to 2 years and 2 extra beds for children or adults. Surrounded by a wooden fence, flowering hedges and a 9000 sqm garden, the pool area is well-equipped with sun loungers, furnished gazebos, a hot shower and a dressing room. The prestigious Casa Terzerie complex was born within the Val di Donna farm, in the Versegge estate, which extends over 210 hectares of arable land and 320 hectares of Mediterranean scrub woods, owned by the Guicciardini Corsi Salviati family since the 18th century. Fields of sunflowers and other cereal crops from the organic farm surround the villa and enchanting woods of Sughere emerge on the horizon in a picturesque natural setting full of itineraries to be covered on foot, by bicycle and on horseback. Guest access The estate is located between the typical Tuscan hinterland, made up of historic villages known throughout the world for their food and wine traditions, and the crystalline sea of Castiglione della Pescaia. The roads that lead to the exceptional destinations of our territory paint the most classic of Tuscan scenarios, dotted with olive groves, woods and vineyards that give life to the excellent local food and wine. Wifi, covered parking inside the property, bicycles for the exclusive use of guests, daily cleaning, equipped barbecue area, and private access to the estate are included in the stay.
