The house is located in Lezzeno, a beautiful area of lake Como: a perfect place for chilling out, 5 minutes from Bellagio. The house is near the lake, it has 70mq of space and it has 2 bedrooms. The space In the appartment there are: 2 bedroom (a single and a double) a confortable living room, a kitchen, a bathroom (with bath and shower) and outside there is a vegetable garden. In front of the appartment there are a bar and a small grocery where you can buy some foods maybe for a barbecue near the lake. Walking 5 minute you can find great restaurants like Ittiturismo Da Abate: where you can dive in the unique setting of the lake, and enjoy delicious dishes based on fish, directly caught daily; or restaurant and Hotel Aurora: where you can have a romantic dinner watching the wonderful view of the lake. Guest access The guests will accommodated in the ground floor. Other things to note We provide essential services like: bed sheets, little and large towels for hands and body. Hot water and gas are included in the price, instead the heating is not included in the period between september to april, so if the guests need it they have to pay the extra cost of 1 ,50€/m³: we check the consumption on the counter outside the flat. !IMPORTANT! Starting from 1 april 2018 the municipality of Lezzeno has established a tourist tax. The tax is applied to the overnight stays of non- residents in the Munipality of Lezzeno for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. For this accomodation facility the tax amounts to 1 euro for person for night. The guest should pay the tax during the check-in to the homeowner who will pay in to the municipality of Lezzeno.
