A great sunny property with views of the residing vineyard across the road. This 2 bedroom property is open plan with a wood-burner & Heatpump. Bedroom one has a queen bed & has access to the deck. A sun-drenched area with outside seating is a great spot for breakfast or a BBQ. In the lounge/dining area is a perfect place to relax. If you like a bit of music there is a vinyl collection & a record player. Also a DVD player to watch TV on some down time. There is a full laundry for your use. Bedroom One: Queen bed, side cabinets, lamp and wardrobe Bedroom two: Double bed, side cabinets, lamp and wardrobe Lounge: Sofa that folds down to a double bed You'll have access to the entire house and property Please call us between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week during your stay if you have any questions. The square is just a short walk for you to head in and have dinner at Circus Cinema Restaurant, amazing pizza at Little Square Pizza, or tasty burgers at 5711 located in the square, have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners. Martinborough boasts itself on incredible vineyards... take yourself to some of our favourites - Moy Hall, Colombo Martinborough, Schubert Wines, Luna Estate and On Giants' Shoulders. Great for tastings and for lunch. Just half an hour's drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay. Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you're here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel. They do fab whitebait fritters and flounder! No parties, No outside noise after 10pm
