This fully renovated apartment is in great condition. It is located on the top floor of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its unique atmosphere is fully available. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The property is located almost alone (a direct neighbor) in Helmishofen on a quiet street surrounded by meadows and forests. The space The living room is divided into two opposite rooms, connected by a bright hallway, through which the bathroom can also be reached. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a counter as well as the living room with seating and reclining areas. A TV is also available here. The room is open plan and very bright. There is no dining table per se in the apartment, but the bar and living room invite you to a cozy get-together, food and drink. It should be noted that our "home with a view" does NOT have 0815 furnishings à la four plates, four cups, four forks. Here you can reside, live and work! The bedroom is on the east side of the house. Here, too, old wooden floors have been exposed and thus give the room that certain something. An open passage leads to an adjoining, smaller room under the sloping roof, in which there is a second double bed (120 × 200 cm). There, a skylight makes it possible to look at the stars while falling asleep! All windows in the bedrooms can be completely darkened. In addition, the huge, terrace-like east balcony with high-quality seating invites our guests to have breakfast, eat, drink and relax, especially in warm temperatures after getting up. The bathroom is completely new and offers full comfort, including a rainforest shower. Mostly timelessly furnished, such as with the simple kitchen, there are also special gems in the apartment. Beauties such as the old, refurbished workbench or the colorful Tiffany lamp underline the history of the almost 100-year-old house. The spacious garden with old fruit trees is at your disposal and invites you to barbecue, especially in summer. A charcoal grill and seating for up to six people is available. Meanwhile, a slide, swing and a sandpit ensure good entertainment for the little guests. In addition to our guests, our three Highland cattle, two tame dwarf goats, a colorful flock of chickens (so the fresh breakfast egg is certain) and a peacock couple with offspring live on the farm. Furthermore, a construction trailer with couch is at the disposal of our guests, located a little off the field. There is no Wi-Fi or cell phone reception here. A great place to think, unwind or read a book. The sunset is best observed from the slightly elevated platform next to the cow pasture. This old cottage was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty sleep with a lot of love for detail! Ideal for solo travelers, couples, friends or families with kids. Everyone is welcome. A travel crib can be provided upon request. The stairs down can also be locked with a child-proof gate. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance. There are several steps to enter, so it is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note NO pets allowed. Important information before booking: This apartment is a high-quality accommodation on a rural property on the edge of a village surrounded by nature and animals. Here it can happen that a beetle crawls through the open window, a silverfish (beneficial - not a pest) scurries through the bathroom or a dead mouse lies in the spacious garden behind the house. For those guests who have other ideas, we strongly advise against staying with us and expressly refer to 5* accommodations such as the Mandarin Oriental or a Kempinski hotel.
