Peering out the window of the condo, you experience a a comfortable city life with blooming and colorful landscapes, stained glass windows, and colorful exteriors. The area is known locally owned unique establishments- including one-of-a-kind restaurants, coffee houses, bars, and retail. This room gets gorgeous morning light but can be muted with blinds and curtains if desired. Pack 'n Play available upon request. ✦ Living & Dining ✦ Relax in the airy living room on a comfy couch, which converts to a bed for additional guests, or in one of two rocking chairs. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV. A dedicated workspace is available if you're traveling for business. The open-concept space flows into a dining area with a table for four, perfect for sharing a meal. Complete with games and books! ✦ Kitchen ✦ Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and a butcher block prep area. All cookware and dishes are provided. We include a coffee station with complimentary coffee, tea, and creamers. Bedroom: ✦ Bathroom ✦ The spacious bathroom includes a glass shower with great water pressure. We provide essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. ✦ Laundry ✦ For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the unit, complete with complimentary detergent. ✦ Parking ✦ Guests have access to free parking in the garage & free permit parking in the front. Also, ample (metered) parking if needed. **Note the garage is not suitable for anything larger than a small SUV. If you have a larger vehicle we will get you set up with a guest pass for street parking** Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire condo. The unit can be entered from both the front and back of the building. One dedicated parking space is available for your use in the garage. We offer complimentary permit parking as well. Please do not enter the locked owners closet, this is where we store supplies. Other things to note Accessibility: Please note that while this is a first-floor condo and the rental is 1 floor, there are several steps required to enter the building and the unit itself. Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and will incur a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, our 4pm check-in time and 10am check-out time stands. Parking: We provide one free parking space in the garage. Please be aware the garage is not suitable for vehicles larger than a small SUV. If you have a larger vehicle, let us know in advance, and we will provide a guest pass for street parking. Potential for Noise: The condo is one of four in the building and faces a sometimes-busy street. While the space is well-insulated, please expect to hear standard city sounds. Neighborhood Cats: You may encounter friendly neighborhood cats during your stay. They are harmless, and if you see a black cat named Heinrich, feel free to say hello for us!
