All cookware and dishes are provided. We include a coffee station with complimentary coffee, tea, and creamers. The unit can be entered from both the front and back of the building. One dedicated parking space is available for your use in the garage. We offer complimentary permit parking as well. Please do not enter the locked owners closet, this is where we store supplies. Other things to note Accessibility: Please note that while this is a first-floor condo and the rental is 1 floor, there are several steps required to enter the building and the unit itself. Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and will incur a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, our 4pm check-in time and 10am check-out time stands. Parking: We provide one free parking space in the garage. Please be aware the garage is not suitable for vehicles larger than a small SUV. If you have a larger vehicle, let us know in advance, and we will provide a guest pass for street parking. Potential for Noise: The condo is one of four in the building and faces a sometimes-busy street. While the space is well-insulated, please expect to hear standard city sounds. Neighborhood Cats: You may encounter friendly neighborhood cats during your stay. They are harmless, and if you see a black cat named Heinrich, feel free to say hello for us!
