Description
The apartment is a 10 minute stroll to the city, 5 minute walk to Oldfield Park station and a 10 minute drive to Bath Spa station. The apartment benefits from 2 (free) private off road parking spaces, quality decoration, fully equipped designer kitchen, excellent mattresses, Egyptian linen, wet room, underfloor heating, great outdoor space and a full satellite package. Great for couples, friends solo or business travellers. The space The apartment has a huge 49 foot living area which offers a great feeling of space. The large lounge flows into the designer kitchen and dining area. Should you wish to have even more space then simply fold back the bi-fold doors enabling the garden to become an extension to the apartment. Should the sun decide to shine the garden becomes a suntrap from early afternoon through to the evening. The kitchen, dining area and wet room all have underfloor heating and the temperature can be controlled by simple control panels. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a range cooker with 2 electric ovens, and 7 gas hobs, one of which takes a wok. The wet room offers soap, moisturiser and plenty of hand and bath towels. The bedroom boasts a king size bed with a quality mattress that has both give and firmness ensuring a great nights rest. The sofa bed in the lounge is large, fully springed and has a tempur memory foam mattress that is extremely comfortable (the best I could purchase) and both beds have quality Egyptian linen for that luxury feel. The garden offers comfortable rattan furniture perfect to relax in at the end of a busy day. Just beyond the garden are 2 private off road parking spaces that make it very easy to unload and load your luggage. ***While we do except pets, REGRETTABLY WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS. This is simply because we have some expensive leather furniture and feel that cats would scratch and cause to much damage*** So sorry. Guest access The apartment can be accessed from the front door but I suggest that guests who have vehicles would be best to use the rear entrance. This can be found by turning into Lorne Road then first left into the car park and you will see your private off road parking spaces to the left of the large garage facing you at the top of the car park, it is clearly signed The Apartment and very easy access can be gained from there by walking through the wooden gate. Other things to note Christmas can only be booked as a minimum stay of 3 nights..
