Next to Santiago de Compostela and close to the sea

Very sunny house located in a very quiet residential area, but well connected, with frequent buses to/from Santiago. Any bus to Bertamirans, Brión, and Negreira stops very close (6-7 minutes away) and runs every 20 minutes. From Santiago the bus can be taken at La Intermodal (next to the train station) or on Calle de La Rosa. The washing machine is available for stays longer than 2 nights and once a week! The space 3 double bedrooms in a townhouse, where I live. I live in the house but I work and I'm not always there. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with extensive views of the Galician rural landscape. 2 bathrooms, kitchen (for cooking quick/light meals) garden and free parking area. The ground floor bedroom has a built-in bathroom. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. In the development there is a communal pool, paddle courts, and tennis courts. Guest access Garden, kitchen, swimming pool in the complex, and free parking area During your stay I will receive guests whenever possible. Other things to note Use of the washing machine is free for stays longer than a week. Guests with stays of less than a week can use it for a fee of 5 euros. There is a small complimentary breakfast for the first morning.
