It has a private entrance with a Keypad for Airbnb guests, there are 2 other units in the building. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Pet friendly ($50 fee) just add your pet under pets in the guest section when booking. This is a 1 bed 1 bath fully private and fully equipped apartment. The decor is global/bohemian and very comfortable. There is a yoga/meditation nook with a swing to help one relax and feel at home. 3rd floor unit, so steps are involved There is a communal hallway where the washer/dryer is located. otherwise the front porch and yard space are for the guests to enjoy. there is a front porch and porch swing for relaxing on hot summer days. We ask that if you smoke, you do so on the front porch or the 2 chairs in the garden by the sidewalk, both have ash trays for your use. The gated area and driveway is private we are always available if you need us, with that being said, our suites are quite self sufficient and our only interaction may be in passing outside. Bellevue is the first town outside of city limits to the north west. It is currently experiencing a revitalization in the main street and as a result, a surge of young professional families are moving in. There are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, fast food, and places of worship, all in walking distance. we have 3 bus lines in the town that run to downtown: The 13, 16, and 17. Most of our guest use Uber or Lyft to get around since we are so close to the city. A typical fare to the stadiums on the north shore costs $10. If you are driving, we are conveniently located just minutes from route 65, 279, and 19.
