Country house with two apartments for 5 adults and 1 baby each. Jasmin is on the 2nd floor and invites you to gaze into the distance over the countryside. The small courtyard invites Jasmin's guests to linger. On the first floor, guests of the apartment Lavender can expect charming access to their own small garden. Here you can relax. The house is fully renovated and is quietly located on the outskirts of the village. Ideal for family/group vacations. The space The apartment on the 2nd floor has an area of about 75 m². All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with fantastic views. The small well-stocked kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a radio. A small dining table invites you to breakfast for two... or relaxed preparation for gourmet cuisine... In the spacious bathroom with underfloor heating there is a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror. There are two beautiful sinks with plenty of storage space.... The bathtub is extra large (1.90 x 90 m) and you can enjoy the sunset mood through the floor-length window from here... The living room has a good TV (satellite/flat screen) and DVD player. Here you will also find cycling/water hiking maps for the area, newspapers and books, as well as a game box for the "little ones"... A dining table that can be enlarged to receive visitors or simply to use all the space... as well as a comfortable sofa bed with spring core (lying area 2 x 90 m) The large bedroom with the double bed (1.80 x 2 m), make-up table, wardrobe, small desk with armchair, chair, bedside table, reading lamps... still leaves room for a baby bed, if necessary two... In the small bedroom there are two single beds (2 x 90 m), reading lamps and shelves... In the hallway there is a wardrobe and an additional mirror... Guest access The country house has two gardens. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and from the street you enter the property through a wide entrance gate. A car can also be parked here in the entrance area. The approx. 500 m² garden in the front area of the house belongs to Jasmin. Here, in addition to the terrace and grill, there is a flexible double sun lounger, as well as a flexible bistro table with two matching chairs, so you can enjoy shade or sun as you wish.... There is an adjoining outbuilding with laundry room and storage room for bicycles... Electricity for e-bikes is available. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a shelf with outdoor pads, blankets and pillows....as well as umbrellas.
