Located in the charming medieval village of Duingt, close to the lake and bike path, and only a 20 minute drive to Annecy, the Petite Maison can accommodate up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms. Its adjoining garden allows you to enjoy outdoor meals and naps in the shade of the wisteria. The space The Petite Maison is organized on 2 floors : ground floor with living room, living room and equipped kitchen, on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, a shower room and separate toilet, on the 2nd floor, 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds. Please note : the stairs are not suitable for children under 8 years old who are not accompanied. The garden is enclosed and you have the garden furniture, 2 loungers and charcoal barbecue. You can also store your bikes in a gated garden building. A large free car park is available 300 meters from the house. The center of Duingt is pedestrianized, so you can park in front of the house on the day of your arrival and departure. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the other 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm). The bike path and pier are just 200 meters away, allowing you to tour the lake in your favorite way! Beach 200 m away, bakery and restaurants in the village 100 m away and supermarkets and pharmacy 2 km away End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linens are not provided but can be rented (dish towels, sheets and towels) for 14€ per person. Booking from Saturday to Saturday only during the summer! Guest access The whole house and garden.
