Our place is located at the 16th floor of Tower 1, SMDC Wind Residences with scenic and picturesque view of the Taal Lake from your own balcony. Fully furnished apartment with 1 queen and 1 sofa bed, brand new smart TV with Netflix, water heater, induction cooker, microwave, and complete kitchen utensils. As we have complete cooking utensils and all table wares, you can cook light meals as you wish. Please just be very mindful and attentive to your cooking at all times to prevent any possible fire accidents, and always clean up all the messes if any. Thank you : ) Cozy unit with balcony facing Taal Lake : ) - No Pets Allowed - No Smoking inside the unit - Maximum of 2 guests (2 adults). If necessary, 1 infant (0-1 year old) can be included. Children are already considered as adult in the counting. Please indicate clearly during reservations. -DRINKING WATER PROVIDED. Water Purifier Dispenser is installed inside the unit for your drinking water. Guest access Club House/Parking (for a fee) • swimming pool fee: - 150php per head on regular days - 300php per head during holidays • Basketball/Tennis Court: - 50php per head/per hour • Badminton: - free from 8am-6pm Note: Please check with receptionist (fees/policies may have changed) PARKING: (Behind the Clubhouse) -100php per day (no re-entry) -150php per day (overnight) -250php per day (private parking space in tower 3 LG) Access and use of clubhouse facilities and amenities with corresponding guest fees at minimal rates. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor badminton court, billiard room, outdoor basketball court and tennis court. Big function rooms are also available for family occasions and corporate activities. The Property Management Office can handle inquiries on matters in the use of the function rooms. A portion of The Sky Lounge Viewing Area at Tower 3 is now open for FREE viewing of the scenic Taal Lake and Volcano. All users are required to register with the assigned Receptionist and/or Security Guard at the Tower 3 on a first come, first served basis. There are only 32 seats dedicated to this area and 2 hours limit of use for each guest is allotted to give way to the next user. Guests can have access with an authorization from the Unit Owners and are limited to 4 guests for each unit. Resident and guest must agree to abide by and be subject to all the Sky Lounge house rules. Other things to note NO HEALTH CERTIFICATE REQUIRED Below 15 yrs old and above 65 yrs old are now allowed to do staycation in Tagaytay Check-in 2pm to 6pm only (late check in 3pm onwards with a fee) Check Out Time 11:30 ~ 12nn We provide fresh towels for all registered guests. Arrangements for a birthday surprise treat (if needed) can be arranged with me before your booking confirmation, with some added costs, and depends largely on your budget.
