The price includes gas and electricity costs, kitchen linen, weekly bed linen and towels (no changing are included). Outside, there is a large covered terrace with wonderful views of the coast to Capo Faro! Guest access At your disposal there is a big garden to share with sea view and a parking for one car/scooter per apartment. Other things to note At least 24 hours before your arrival the guest must inform the owner about your arrival time, in order to welcome you at the apartment, as we do not have a reception. On the arrival day you can check-in from 16.00 to 20.00. After 20:00 you can only self check-in, please get in touch in advance and we will provide details.
