Modern 3,5 BR Bodrum beach house w/ a sunset view

This stunning and spacious 3 bedroom house is set in a quiet seaside village with amazing ocean and sunset views. The house is very stylishly designed with top fittings and furnishings. The pool gets lots of sun all day and the beach is a short walk away. Bodrum airport is just 15min drive from the house. Please note that during Winter the pool will not be in use & there may be very minor house construction noise within 100m of the house between the end of October and the end of May. The space *Please note that there is fixed bedding for 6 adults and our listed rates are based on a maximum of 6 people (not 6 adults and multiple extra kids either). We have one baby cot for guests to use. We have an extra single foldout bed to sleep a 7th person. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: - We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob - We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists - We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Please note that the location of the house is not in Bodrum centre as you can see from the map location. Also we do advise guests take a rental car which we can arrange for you, as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc are mostly a 3km walk away, and it's handy to have when you wish to travel into Bodrum. Guest access The entire 4 storey house and private pool is yours and we have no direct neighbors so you'll enjoy total privacy. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: Please do not smoke cigarettes, shisha or anything anywhere inside the house, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms etc. please smoke outside by the pool under the gazebo or elsewhere. Guests found to be smoking inside the house might be asked to leave and find alternative accommodation. Please be very careful with our living room sofa, it's very expensive so it would be very costly for you to repair if you stain the fabric with a spilled wine of coffee etc. Thanks for your understanding.
