For each additional guest beyond 2, there is an extra charge of $65 per person, per night. Just a 6-minute walk to Tyrone Foreshore and around a 25-minute walk (or 7 minutes by car) to both Blairgowrie and Rye shops, Sunseeker offers the perfect balance of connection and retreat. Tucked away on a no-through road with respectful neighbours, the property is an oasis of peace. The property manager lives opposite and is available for any maintenance needs or bin collection. There is off-street parking for up to four cars. Please note: this property maintains a strict no-party policy. Other things to note If it’s lounging with a book in the garden, a slow sway in the hammock, chats around the fire pit or coastal adventures with the family that feed your getaway goals, this minimal-tech beach shack is made for low-key seaside living.
