Cottage near Bath- private hot tub, pets welcome

Nimlet Cottage is in an area of outstanding natural beauty yet just 10 minutes drive from Bath. The house is beautifully decorated, with a cosy log burner for evenings snuggled by the fire and a beautiful garden with a private hot tub. The space The cottage is made from traditional Cotswold stone and dates back to 1879. It has been sympathetically modernised by the hosts who live next door. There are two bedrooms situated upstairs. Bedroom 1 has King size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2 can either be twin singles or a superking. Both bedrooms are bijou but there is room for either a travel cot or a folding child's bed on request. Both bedrooms have good quality, comfortable mattresses, crisp linen and blackout blinds. The bathroom, also on the first floor has a large free standing shower and a separate bath. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and microwave. There is also a Krupps Nespresso machine. The sitting/dining room has a comfortable sitting area with seating for 4 and log burner for cosy evenings around the fire. We will provide one basket of logs plus kindling and you are welcome to purchase more on request. There is a TV with streaming services including Netflix and Disney+. We also supply a large selection of board games. The dining area has a table seating 4 and a highchair is available on request. There is wifi through out the cottage. There is a separate outbuilding containing a washing machine and an additional shower room with WC. Outside space: There is a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture, Weber BBQ, fire pit and a private hot tub. The garden is securely fenced and ideal for dogs and children. Parking: There is secure, gated parking for 2-3 cars on the gravel driveway. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we charge a nominal fee of £25 per dog to cover extra cleaning. Guest access You will have private access to the whole property including the outbuilding and garden. Other things to note The Cottage is situated on the A46 so some road noise is inevitable. The property has double glazing and insulated walls which help to keep noise to a minimum.
