Oyster farming areas of Petit-Piquey and Les Jacquets nearby. The space The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a dormitory with 5 single beds. A sofa bed is available in the living room to accommodate a total of 11 people in the house. It has a bathroom and a very pleasant outdoor shower that is completely out of sight. The toilets are separated. The large living and dining room with an open kitchen allows for stunning views of the pool with the large bay windows. The back of the house allows you to park 2/3 cars. The terrace accommodates 5 deckchairs, a large table with 8 chairs and a plancha. 4 bikes are at your disposal to discover the peninsula thanks to the many bike paths. Truc-Vert beach on the ocean side is 20 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by car. Notice to surfers! A bakery, deli, pharmacy, bank, wine shops, restaurants, newspapers, fishmonger, supermarket and small shops are within walking distance. We also have a ping pong table, volleyball net, molky, body surf and other accessories to entertain yourself in this idyllic setting. We provide linens and towels. The beds will be made upon arrival.
