The space Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 60 sqm house, perfect for up to 6 people. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishes), dining area, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, living room with cozy seating area, sofa bed for two and bunk bed. There is also a bedroom with a double bed. Our house is located next to the Alsace Wine Road, 15 minutes from the historic center of Colmar, less than 30 minutes from the most beautiful Alsatian villages such as Kaisersberg, Eguisheim and Riquewihr. In winter, you can enjoy the famous Christmas markets in Colmar, Strasbourg and the surrounding villages. For thrill seekers, Europapark, the largest amusement park in Europe, is just 45 km away. Easily accessible from the A35 motorway (10 minutes), our house is the perfect starting point to explore Alsace, its traditional villages, castles, local markets, as well as museums in Mulhouse and Basel. We will be happy to host you and help make your stay unforgettable. Guest access We offer you a fully equipped cottage, perfect for a family or a single person. On the first floor there is a modern and functional kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine) with a large table for 6 people, as well as a bathroom with a washing machine and a toilet. The second floor (accessible only by stairs — see photo) has two bedrooms: - The first one has a fold-out sofa for two and a bunk bed (90x190 cm) - The second has a double bed (140x190 cm) and a large wardrobe. For your convenience, there is a large private parking lot in the courtyard, as well as a garage for several motorcycles or bicycles. Outside you can relax in the relaxation area with garden furniture, pergola and charcoal barbecue.
