Views of the vineyard, gardens and castle from private balcony. Mostly quiet during the day. Events take place most evenings between the hours of 6-9pm (hours may vary). Parking is private and reserved during an event. Access to the grounds is closed each night by a large gate. You are welcome to come and go during these closed hours, however will need to simply un-latch the chain, open the gate, and close the gate behind you. Includes fully equipped kitchen for on site meal preparation - dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, cookware, bakeware, etc. washer and dryer included. Large closet with extra bedding. 1 queen blow-up mattress provided for extra guests. Strong Wifi, TV with streaming services. Guests will have access to the loft apartment only. Feel free to admire the grounds, but because this is a full-time wedding and corporate event center, we ask that you only use the space provided. Only 15 minutes to provo and 45 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. We have a large gate at the entrance of our property that will be self locked with a large chain between the hours of 10pm-7am. If we have no scheduled events, you may notice the gate being closed early. We keep the gate closed all day on Sundays. We ask that if you must enter or leave during these closed hours, that you close and latch the gate behind you. This offers you privacy and safety in the evening and early morning to enjoy. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! If you are booking for your wedding or attending an event on-site PLEASE DO NOT BOOK our apartment if you plan on having any before or after parties. We are located in a residential area and have strict rules on noise after 11pm. ***We do not allow guests who use the apartment to use the grounds for any private events/weddings or ceremonies.
