Private room in a friendly home Tampa Bay Florida

A Christian, friendly family is hosting a private bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom is shared with the other person. We are a non-smoking, pet free home. The living room with a sectional couch and TV is available and kids of any age are welcome. This 3/2 house is located in a quite safe neighborhood in Seffner, 15 minutes from downtown Tampa and 45 minutes from Clearwater beach and Disney World. Guest access You can eat you meals on the breakfast nook in the dining room. Bathroom is shared with the other person. Other things to note Normally we wake up early but trying to be quiet while doing the things around the house. Please note that we live in this house, and quiet time can be guaranteed during night hours 10:30pm-6:30am ONLY. Sometimes during the week we have grandchildren so this kind of potential noise is possible as well. We do invite other people for cooking out, listening to music, talking, etc. on weekend. However, we do not drink, smoke, making loud noise or having wild parties. We do not encourage guests eat on the bed as it is really hard if not to say impossible to clean the sheets from those greasy stains. We offer to use a nook in the dining room or, if you are having snack in the room, at least, please use a small wood tray that is on the mini fridge. One more thing, if you are looking for a place with purposes like to get away, stay at the house always and have a lot of rest, a lot of sleep during the day, etc.), please, do not book with us and do not get upset as this stay will not fit the life of our home.
