Welcome to our Petit Chateau, the oasis in the heart of Coulonges sur l'Autize. We have three beautiful bedrooms to choose from in separate listings. The house has lovely high ceilings and large sunlit rooms. This is a family house for fun and relaxation. The grounds have a swimming pool, BBQ area that seats 14, kids' play area with swingset , slide, trampoline, ping pong, football and basketball. Come, enjoy and unwind. See you soon! The space The Richelieu Room is 28 square metres and has a magnificent 4 poster carved wood bed, lush thick curtains and antique furniture. The views from the room look out over both the swimming pool from one side and the grounds on the other. There is a private ensuite bathroom. You are able to roam around in the living room, dining room, playroom, drawing room and office. The pool and grounds are there for your enjoyment. The pool is fully secured with gating and impenetrable hedges for your security. The kitchens we manage, but you are welcome to come, sit and chat. There is a guest fridge for your convenience. In the listing it says no pets, however this can be negotiated via direct contact with myself prior to booking. During your stay We are around in the house and run it as an open friendly place to relax, eat, drink and play. We enjoy talking to our guests and my son loves to have children to play with. Other things to note **Lunch and Dinner are available by request. There is a set menu each day. They are not included in the listing price. Sodas and alcohol are also not included in the price** Yoga, Horse riding, Fishing, Canoeing are all within 20 minutes. The Marais Poitevin, Niort, Fontenay Le Comte are also within 20 minutes. The coast is within an hour as is La Rochelle, Poitiers, and The Puy Du Fou,. This is a great area for bird watchers, hikers, biking enthousiasts, astronomers and those who just want to relax.
