A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry. This unit is by by the ocean with all the conveniences of internet, cable, air conditioning and a large enclosed outdoor secure space. Guests have access to the Tandayag coral sanctuary. A kayak is also made available for use. We have regular interaction with guests and try to assist them in any way we can, such as providing free transportation to and from the airport or ferry terminal. We are located in Tandayag, Amlan on the national Highway for easy access to bus and other methods of transportation to Dumaguete or to Tanjay in the other direction with access to markets and shopping. One day excursions are possible through a good bus service or motorcycle rental to different sites such as Apo island, sand banks, twin lakes, swimming with whale sharks in Oslob , waterfalls and hot springs in Valencia. Our site is quiet with plenty of green space. Snorkeling is available from the property in the Tandayag sanctuary. Easy access to bus and other modes of transportation on national Highway at the property. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry. We are well located for access to different tourist sites in different directions through the bus service, motorcycle or car. To the south is Dumaguete where trips can leave for Apo Island. To the North is Bais and access to the sand banks. Cross east by ferry to Cebu Island and an easy bus ride to Oslob and the whale sharks. Twin lakes vulcano site is also very close to the west. The unit is private and quiet with access limited to renters and owner.
