Walking distance to downtown Morgantown, WVU Campus, along the bus route, and close to anything you would need. Large outdoor garden with plenty of sitting area-sip your morning tea/coffee out in our garden. Access to cozy deck, garden, choice of two shared full bathrooms, living area and full kitchen with all cooking utensils. Great home base for exploring the area, or stay longer term. AC window unit available for summer months. On 2nd floor of historical home. Shared bath. Laundromat is one block away. Guest access Guest has access their private bedroom (with lock and key). Shared spaces including, Two Full bathrooms, Livingroom, kitchen, dining room, front porch with lots of seating and plants, fenced back yard with grill, and a beautiful flower garden with sitting area and firepit. Other things to note Must climb a flight of stairs from the street to the front porch. Street parking only. Permit needed and will be provided and must be returned at check-out. Other long and short term guests (students, visiting professors, young professionals, traveling nurses, adventure seekers) may also be in the home during your stay. The owner is a sweet lady named Maggie who also lives on site and has hosted for 20 years. Maggie enjoys talking to guests but will also respect your space. It isn't uncommon for someone to cook a meal and invite other guests to join or for several to have a board game night on the dining room table, but if you need privacy and come to work and sleep, that is fine too. It's expected that everyone clean up after themselves, disinfect bathrooms after use, and help take out the trash as needed.
