The house is located at the top of the side hill of the valley of Cogne, within the national park of Gran Paradiso in the hamlet of Gimillan. The location allows for stunning views of the entire glacier and valley. The location of the village (5 minutes by car from Cogne) allows a quiet and relaxing stay, but at the same time you can reach the main attractions of the area in a short time. The space The house is structured to always highlight the view of the panorama, from the rooms to the common area of the living room and kitchen. The large garden allows you to sunbathe or eat outside in the warmer months and children to play with the snow in winter. In the basement there is the tavern, which has been used as a common space to eat in many people or spend time relaxing. Guest access guests will have access to all areas of the house including the single box, adjacent to the entrance and the garden. Other things to note The main entrance to the house is located on the basement floor in the garage area, access is very easy through the main entrance. Alternatively, to reach the house you can use (only on foot) a small street that runs along the house and passes through the village that reaches the main street but is not recommended if you have any kind of problem walking.
