Providence's main attraction is the Providence Golf and Country Club. The golf clubhouse includes a pro shop, lounge, and restaurant with seating for 200 people. Guests can find friendly competition on the lighted tennis facilities. In addition, a lap pool for exercising and a resort-style pool complete with lounge area for socializing surround the clubhouse. Plenty of walking and biking trails meander through Providence. This spacious 6 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 12 people. PLEASE NOTE: *Electric pool and spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $152 plus tax, 4 days $188 plus tax, 5+ days $45/per day plus tax. This home is Pet Friendly, You will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional Non Refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first two pets and $50 plus tax for each additional approved pets. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract. Other things to note Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes. Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc.
