Lullingstone Eynsford Annexe & Private Garden

Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and train station. We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen The space Plenty of outdoor seating for watching the sunrise with your cuppa, to watching the sunset with your glass of wine. Or 'lay like a vegetable' on reclining sofa and watch tv and dvds or we have a selection of board games and books. The side table opens up as a bigger table for dining or playing games. Can sleep 4. Extra beds can be provided on request. A single foldaway bed fits in bedroom along side double bed and a single mattress and bedframe can be put up in lounge. But please bear in mind space will be tight if these options selected. This option would replace the table and chairs. And an extra charge of £15 per person per day. Dogs are welcome. Max 1 big or 2 small, due to space. And please not to be left alone for long periods of time inside. Happy to dog sit or let out for wee breaks if needed. Sofa covers are provided. An extra charge of £20 per stay. I do not charge a cleaning fee on top of nightly rate. Guest access Secure private garden and a dedicated parking space but there is parking for extra guests. Other things to note All bedding, pillows, duvet, mattress will be UV sterilized before and after visit. Complimentary breakfast bits provided including cereals, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread butter and jams. Tassimo coffee machine and filter coffee machine. Two airfryers.
