Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio. The space Easy access to the beach. Really only suitable for two adults but one or two children can be accommodated if necessary. Guest access WiFi, TV. Cooking facilities, we now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge and a sink, see the photos... Many TV programs are broadcast in original version on Spanish television. The rest of the house is off limits without an invitation, so unfortunately no view... Other things to note There are good reasons for visiting us at other times of the year as we live on the edge of the Cap de Creus nature reserve and the mountains on the other side of the bay are the Alberes part of which is also protected. These offer interesting walking or rambling in the cooler times of the year. We are also within a 12 minute train ride and forty minutes walk from the Dali Museum, 25 mins in Llançà and 15 mins in Figueres. _____________________________ Parking - I cannot offer private parking, but we live in a short street fifty meters or so, which is also a cul de sac. So there is not a lot of passing traffic. In August it gets full, but it is still possible to find a place. The rest of the year it is a quiet safe place to park, and there is always somewhere to park. There are about twenty-five houses in the street and seventeen have there own parking places. Very few houses are occupied all year. Walkers please note: The GR92, walking route, passes by the end of our street. This part is known locally as the Cami de Ronda.
