This a private room on a Boutique Guest House. The Guests are renting 1 room with private bathroom, including AC, coffee and tea maker, TV and a minibar. Guests have access to the Guest House's common spaces as the common Living room with TV& dinning area, kitchen and garden with BBQ. The space This amazing House is from the late XVIII century and has just been all refurbished trying to maintain the original layout but with all modern comfort including great isolation both thermic and acoustic and all the domestic modern cmodities. The Common spaces include a big living room with dining tables, cable tv with a balcony that leads to the garden with the BBQ! There is also a big kitchen to share with the other guests. Guest access You'll have access to your private room with private bathroom + Shared kitchen, living room and garden. During your stay Before check-in we will help with everything you need including organizing your arrival (we don't have a reception so we need to be there to give you all the info and keys). During your stay we are always reachable by email and phone. We will come just in case you request to help you sort out anything you need.
