The apartment is situated at the seaside, just twenty meters from the sea, neatly designed and furnished with everything to provide you for an an unforgettable holiday in all seasons of the year. The space Just try to imagine your recklessly floating in a beautiful swimming pool while your children can let their imagination flow over the sand beach in order to create sand sculptures and other works of art. The evening is the ideal time for walking or cycling to the town of Rab only 4 kilometres away from your apartment. A romantic walking path along the sea leads to the town’s fish market where fishermen put their daily catch on sale, and to the vegetable market. Whatever you do, the choice is yours and only yours. The apartment can host up to 4 people. It's situated in along the cost of Kampor Bay. Just in front of the apartment there is a beautiful sandy beach. There are two bedrooms (one on ground floor and one on first floor), a bathroom, living room with dining area, a fully equiped kitchen and a terace. On the other side of the building you can fing a grocery store, cafe bar, bakery, hairdresser and a turist information office (where you can rent a boat, a bike or a scooter). Minutes by foot from the apartments there is a true Dalmatian restaurant, a scuba diving and nautical centre which also rents boats. The apartments are 100 m from the bus station, from there you can get a bus to town of Rab. It´s a non-smoking apartment, so in case you need to smoke please do it outside on our beautiful terace. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Other things to note House Rules: No Parties or Events: Our property is a quiet place for relaxation. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. Violating this rule will result in a 350 € penalty to cover deep-cleaning and smoke-remediation costs.
