We are renting the entire unit except the 4th floor upstairs bedroom which will be locked and is not accessible to our guests. You will have the entire first, second snd third floor exclusively. Guest access There is one queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the entrance floor level. The kitchen is downstairs, and the living room is upstairs. A patio with BBQ is available off kitchen. The living room has a queen sofabed. There is a balcony off the livingroom. There is a single car garage with washer/dryer in garage, off the front entrance. Other things to note Quiet neighborhood with many full time residents.
