Central, modern flat with Ararat view from balcony

The newly renovated flat is located on the corner of the central Abovyan and Tumanyan streets downtown Yerevan, close to shops, restaurants and cultural scenes, with Opera park one block away and a great view of the Ararat mountain. The flat has a separate bedroom plus a sofa bed or air mattress, and is comfortable for holiday or business trips alike. Guest access You have access to the whole flat, including towels, bed sheets, kitchen utensils and dry goods like coffee, tea, sugar, salt and frying oil if it's there. You can take the chairs and table to the balcony, just make sure you don't drop and break the glass part of the table - it's loose. The back yard has benches, a playground for kids, vendor with fresh fruit and vegetables, and a shoemaker!
