Perfect for couples or single travelers. Rocking chair front porch, screened back porch. Lovely gardens & yard. Share living room & kitchen w/host. Peaceful location surrounded by woods, in convenient neighborhood location. Close to UNC campus & hospital, nightlife, shopping, cultural, sporting events. The space Private bedroom/bathroom suite off hallway with door for extra privacy. Guest access You'll share the living room, dining room, and kitchen with the homeowner/host. Also shared access to front porch, back screened porch, and beautiful property and gardens. During your stay Host lives on site, and will be available to guests if needed. Other things to note I have 1 very friendly, gentle adult cat named Yuri. I usually recommend keeping the door to the hallway back to your bedroom/bathroom closed, for privacy, and to keep Yuri out of your space.
