Free and safe parking facilities on the street. The space The house with central gas heating has four cozy bedrooms, one with private bathroom and other three with access at two shared bathrooms. Small and cozy reading lounge. Extensible sofa in the big shared living room. The house is equipped with: electric stove, gas cooker, microwave stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, juice squeezer, blender, kettle, toaster, 2 refrigerators, hair dryer, FREE high speed WI-FI. Guest access 2 open air terraces available outside the building. Other things to note 󱤈 No smoking! Since it is almost entirely made from wood, there is no smoking allowed inside the house, just in the courtyard. No open fire allowed in the courtyard, but only in the special barbecue build place. 󱤂 No parties or events. 󱤅 Not suitable for pets. Environmentally friendly house There will be requested at check in a 200 RON cleaning fee deposit that will be returned at check out if the recycling garbage (plastic, metal, glass, paper) altogether will be separate stored from the organic garbage and the kitchen equipment will be clean.
