Centrally located on the edge of the Old Town, with everything within walking distance. A 2 bedroomed apartment with an open plan kitchen and lounge on the ground floor. There is also a cloakroom on this level. There are patio doors from the lounge out on to the pool and terrace. Internal staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite shower room, on the first floor. A large balcony leads off the master bedroom with great sea views of Kalkan bay. The second bedroom also has a balcony. The space Truffle Residences comprises five duplex boutique apartments which has its own private pool, pool-side shower, sunbathing area and pool-side barbecue. The private pool is shared by all five apartments. These unique apartments are the highly personal vision of its owners, who have sourced predominantly Turkish materials and art. However, some things (in the name of comfort) have been imported. Each apartment has its own individual character and decor, the colour palate of each apartment are edible two tone shades. The apartments are fully equipped to meet the needs of the modern, discerning visitor. On the ground and first floor there are three 2-bedroomed apartments, Cool Mint, Mellow Mocca and Bohemian Raspberry, and on the second floor and roof terrace there are two 3-bedroomed apartments, Devine Seville and Chocolate Blues. All of the apartments have their own private entrances, face the private pool area and have panoramic views over Kalkan bay. This apartment can be booked on its own or with any of the other apartments at Truffle Residences, for friends or families that wish to holiday together. We can accommodate 24 guests in total, across the 5 apartments. Guest access This 2 bedroom duplex apartment has its own entrance. There is an outside area with dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a large balcony with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The twin bedroom has a small balcony with table and chairs. There is cool travertine flooring throughout and A/C units in all the rooms. Other things to note Guests are required to provide copies of their passports either before or on arrival at the property.
