Lake Seebach Apartment

Sympathetic and color joy exudes the 100 m m large design apartment Seebachsee. Dogs only allowed for a fee €25.- per day per animal. The apartment is suitable for 1 - 8 people and in summer and winter on the furnished terrace offers a magnificent view of the Seebachsee and the breathtaking mountains of the Lechtal Alps on the furnished terrace. Another highlight is the distance to the village train and thus to the ski slope. This is only 190 m. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, 2 bathrooms and a youth room with bunk bed (the lower mattress is 140 cm wide and can thus be used as a double bed). In this room it is possible to use another mattress. The 48m² living and dining area is additionally equipped with a pull-out couch. Another person can sleep on that. The fully equipped kitchen offers you a fully automatic coffee machine, a raclette and cheese fondue set, toaster, smothie maker and much more. Additionally we also offer bread service, with a diverse selection of fresh from the bakery. Crib and high chair on request. Sky programs and wifi are provided for free. Guest access The car can be parked in front of the house. The guests have access to the ski cellar as well as the communal playroom. Other things to note The visitor costs 3.30 euros/night per person from the age of 14. The tourist tax must be paid locally. Pets allowed. However, there is a cost of 25 euros per night per animal. The amount must be paid on site. In summer (26.06-08.10) all guests will be issued the "Warth-Card" free of charge at check-in. The "Warth Card" is valid for the entire length of stay. It includes: Sommerbergbahn Steffisalp-Express in Warth, ride with the blue hiking bus from Warth (Hochtannbergpass) to Lech-Mautstelle in Zug, ride with the Bregenzerwaldbus line 40a from Schröcken (Unterboden) via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf), ride with the Lechtalbus line 110 from Elbigenalp via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf), participation in guided hikes & mountain tours according to the weekly program as well as various discounts at selected partner companies.
