Located in Berlin-Moabit which is a district of Berlin-Mitte, the city-west as well as the center of Berlin is easily accessible. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. It has 2 separate bedrooms. The check in is done online and contactless. The space This 2 - bedroom apartment is approximately 85sqm in size and accommodates up to 10 people. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Free public parking is available directly in front of the front door. On request, a parking space can be booked (15 Euro / day). The bright, spacious apartment (about 85 m²) has a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV, two comfortable sleeping couches as well as a large kitchen and a cozy dining area. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a rainshower shower and a washing machine. Furthermore, the apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. Here is an overview of the sleeping possibilities: 1st bedroom: 1x double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) 2nd bedroom (also ideal as a family room): 1x double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) 1x sleeping sofa (1.60 x 2.00m) 3rd living room: 2x sleeping sofa (1.40 x 2.00m) Various Berlin highlights can be easily reached by public transport, whether the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstraße, the Kurfürstendamm or Checkpoint Charlie. There are also some bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Towels and bedding are included in the price. Baby cots are available upon request. For security reasons and to protect against theft, there is a cctv in the stairwell and at the entrance to the building. Guest access The apartment is all to yourself. Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction. Other things to note To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment and other important information. We will also ask you for a damage deposit of between 150.00€ and 400.00€, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved in your Pay Pal account or on your credit card, but will not be debited and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage free check-out.

 Please note, that a legally mandated culture and tourism tax of 7.5% applies to all travelers. This tax is not included in the total price and will be collected separately during the online check-in.
