Welcome to The Cozy Place! A truly home, away from home! This 2-storey fully furnished residential resort is situated in Barangay Babak, Camudmud just above Cavanico Il Mare Resort. The Cozy Place is ideal for couple’s, families with kids, traveler’s who’d love to relax, explore and experience the unique island life. The space The whole house can be rented exclusively with a budget friendly rate. With an on-site host who would immediately respond to your needs during your stay. The base rate is for 5 guests but we can have a maximum capacity of 10 guests (Additional of Php500 per head will be charged in excess of 5 persons ). If you wish to relax, breathe some fresh air with a scenic view of the beach, The Cozy roof deck fits your mood. Our home is equipped with the following amenities that would provide you comfort during your stay: 👌FREE DRINKING WATER (2 jugs of 18L of MINERAL WATER a week). Just message us before running out. 👌 Spacious Living room with 32 inches smart TV with NETFLIX 👌 PLDT Home Fiber WIFI 👌Dining area with SPLIT TYPE AIRCONDITION that could accommodate at least 6 persons 👌Complete KITCHEN SETS and utensils for cooking needs 👌We have Refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker and Washing Machine with spin dryer 👌3 Air AIRCONDITIONED bedrooms in 2F with a shower room each (split type aircondition) 👌1 common toilet and BATHTUB with Hot/cold shower on the 2nd floor 👌1 common toilet with shower on the first floor. 👌Bath towels, and complimentary hygiene kits will be provided. 👌 A ROOF DECK for parties, good for about 10–15 people, and it’s free to use! Just send us a message so we can set up the plastic tables and chairs (plastic stools) for you. 👌 We also have a grilling space at the backyard to hold your BBQ party, and other events. With an entrance fee is 300 pesos per person, you can use the beach, pool and grilling area, table, chairs and umbrella cottage. Other things to note THE RESORT'S BEACH and POOL ENTRANCE is 300 pesos per person with the inclusion of TABLES, CHAIRS, UMBRELLA and grilling area.
