A hallway leads to a laundry room equipped with a dryer, washing machine and ironing board as well as ample storage space with a wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with a spa bath and shower. To complete the ground floor, enjoy a bedroom with a closet and a 160 x 190 cm double bed with direct access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs, the house has 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm double beds and closets, as well as a bedroom with 2 90 x 190 cm twin beds and a closet. Finally, a shower room and a separate toilet complete the floor. A relaxation area is available on the mezzanine where you can find some books and board games.
