PLEASE BRING ALL BEDDING, COOKING AND EATING UTENSILS. The Farm is located near the small rural village Broughton-in-Furness in a woodland valley with many footpaths leading directly from the farm. Located in the heart of the Lake District, 15 min drive from the nearest lake (Coniston) and 40 from Windermere. A small, friendly and family-run site on a working farm with dogs, sheep, cows, ponies, ducks and hens taking up residence! PLEASE BRING ALL BEDDING, COOKING AND EATING UTENSILS The space Next to the campsite we have Two ladies' and two gents' showers, a freezer and a washing-up area among the site amenities and plenty of electrical sockets to charge up those devices! PLEASE BRING ALL BEDDING, COOKING and EATING UTENSILS. Other things to note We are a working farm so we do have animals around the place, who mainly keep to themselves! Our friendly dogs might come to say hello every once in a while so be sure to keep your BBQ'd sausages out of their reach! We have a small tuck shop on site where you can buy wood for your fires and even marshmallows to toast.
