A cozy, small, comfortable two-level loft studio is situated on the 4th floor of a historic building that was built in 1917, that is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House and Khreshchatyk Street. “University” metro station is nearby within a 5 minute walk.This flat is a part of a small apart-hotel for 6 rooms. There is a king size bed inside the apartment and high-quality mattresses on the mezzanine. The studio has its own small kitchen and its own bathroom with everything you need. The space The building is located on one of the most beautiful streets of the capital with a cobblestone road, unique architectural buildings and the atmosphere of the old city. We offer you a two-story loft studio with a unique design. Fragments of the original structure are saved and maximally shown in the design of the interior. Here you can see shabby and old brick walls of the pre-revolutionary time with a special and pleasant yellowish shade. High ceilings made it possible to design the second level, where a metal staircase with wooden steps leads to. The second tier is designed as a niche. The protective grid and lighting are thought out. A comfortable staying at any time of the year will provide installed air conditioning. You will be pleased with the handmade designer decor such as lamps, mirrors, countertops. There is a personal bathroom with all necessary things inside the studio and an individual kitchen with all required kitchen utensils. There is a hairdryer, an iron and everything you need for a comfortable staying in the apartments. We are making everything to make you feel as at home and return to us. Dear guests, please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartments. The violation of the rules of the company may lead to the fines. Guest access At your disposal is a cozy studio with all the things you need. In the kitchen you will find all necessary household equipment: kitchen utensils, a microwave, a refrigerator, a cooker, a kettle (coffee, salt and sugar). In the apartments: bedding, pillows, blankets, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, laundry powder, drying, an iron and an ironing board. In the bathroom: hygiene kits (shampoo, shower gel and soap), towels, a hair dryer. Other things to note Standard check in is at 14:00 and check out at 11:00 in the morning. Early check-in and late check-out depend on previous and next guests, respectively. Please provide the desired time of arrival and departure and our assistant will contact you in the evening before your arrival and try to help you accordingly with the possibilities.
