A large bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, built-in wardrobes with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and direct access to the balcony that overlooks the street. A comfortable living area features a sleek, two-person couch, modern timber furniture and a wide-screen LCD TV; while a sleek, fully-equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances including a gas cooktop, oven and full-sized fridge. A pristine bathroom has a spacious vanity, shower, toilet and the convenience of a washing machine and a dryer. Additional luxuries include air conditioning and heating and high-speed Wi-Fi. **The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally. **Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up. We are no longer able to provide lockbox access due to new council rules. Our greeting service will get in-touch after you book to arrange key handover. *Please note there is an additional fee of $35 after 9pm for key handovers and If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap.
