Bed and breakfast in Arradon

The house was completely renovated in 2014. Today it is a contemporary house with three bedrooms, soundproofed between the day part and the night part. The garden is planted with mainly Mediterranean plants. The property has an electric gate. It is located 200 m from the Gulf of Morbihan We have a small sea view but you just have to go 50 m down the street and you have a magnificent view of the Gulf of Morbihan, whatever the season. The space The room is contemporary with a large bay window that overlooks a wooden terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. A desk is available in the room. A kitchenette allows you to have coffee or tea during the day. The morning snack is taken on the terrace or in the dining room if the weather is uncertain from 8 a.m. or at the desired time. If you want to have breakfast later, I will leave the tray in the kitchenette, lunch is then to be taken only on the terrace. The room is not the place for breakfast. We have implemented the cleaning process against COVID 19, namely: Ventilation of the rooms as soon as possible, before cleaning them, use the hydroalcoholic gel before and after each cleaning, clean, then disinfect (alcohol, bleach when possible) with disposable gloves, washing sheets, covers, cloths... at 60°C, provision of hydroalcoholic gel. Guest access Your access to the room is through a secondary door and you thus maintain your independence. The bathroom is an integral part of the bedroom. The private toilet in July and August is next to the bedroom. They are shared on weekdays starting in September. A private south-facing terrace is at your disposal with table, chairs and garden armchairs. During your stay I'm available to answer any questions you may have by mobile before you arrive. Feel free to text me. At home, I am available to give you all the information about the area and festivities. I know the Gulf's edge trails well, having run there for many years. I speak a little English and I will be happy to chat with you in English. Other things to note If you like walking or jogging, leave your car in the property, put on your sneakers and you will walk for many hours on the pedestrian paths from the edge of the Gulf of Vannes to Port Blanc, or even beyond. Going down to the Kerbilouët slipway, you have in front of you the two Logoden islands, on the left the Île d'Arz and on the right the Île aux Moines. The Port Blanc pier for Île aux Moines is 6 km away. You can spend the day there quietly or if you are athletic, tour the island in 5 hours through the moors and coastal paths on foot or by bike. You also have the option of taking the boat to the Île d'Arz and going around in 2.5 hours or stopping at the few restaurants on the island. Boat rentals are organized at the tip of Arradon. Carnac and the Rhuys peninsula are 40 minutes away by car, and consider going to dinner in front of the Atlantic Ocean in Quiberon, 45 minutes away.
