Friendly hosts offering an unforgettable breakaway. The space This spacious studio has a king bed, two couches, table & 4 chairs, large TV, DVD & CD players. The second good size bedroom has a queen bed, TV/DVD player, a small table and 2 chairs. There is free WiFi, a range of books and movies for you to enjoy. We only take one booking at a time, so the private/separate bathroom and kitchenette is only shared by members of your party. Quality continental breakfast provisions can be provided in your room for a charge of $15.00 per person. Guest access The accommodation is on the lower level of our home, it is private and has it's own deck. In summer you are welcome to share the use of our solar heated swimming pool. Laundry facilities are also available. There is separate access available via steep steps on the side of the house and plenty of free parking on the road. Other things to note Your own private access is via a set of steep steps (with a hand rail) on the outside of our house. Extra guests above two are charged at NZ$50 per night per person and only children over 12 to stay.
