Our modern inner-city free-standing townhouse is a stone's throw to Tinakori Village - good food and coffee. A few steps further take you to the Gardens - or downhill to Parliament, the Terrace and Lambton Quay. Slightly further takes you to the City-Sea Walkway, on to TePapa our national museum, Galleries and Oriental Bay. If you're travelling with children the 3 level house is more suited to older children. The staircase is steep so care needs to be taken using this. The space Everything is super close, yet we're in a quiet small street, with no through traffic and magnificent views. The master suite up on the third level has those great views and sun, quality sleep is in a king bed with a full bathroom close by. Access from the master to an enclosed deck with a small table and chairs to drink in the sun and view. The second larger bedroom is on the first level quietly situated away from the street with a superking bed serviced by a bathroom and doors out to a small courtyard. The third smaller bedroom offers a queen bed and shares the bathroom on the first level. Both bedrooms are separated by that bathroom. Living is easy on the middle level with plenty of views and sunshine. Meal prep is simple with a reasonable kitchen, all appliances and plenty of equipment including a nespresso machine. Internet based TV is accessed on a large Smart TV. A full laundry including drier is on the first level. Guest access The house is yours to enjoy as sole occupants. Parking which is rare for inner city properties is provided on the paved forecourt directly in front of the house. It is suited to small to medium sized vehicles The adjacent driveway looks like it belongs to us but is for the cottage behind. Other things to note We welcome guests who are good neighbours and respect the needs of others in a close inner city environment. This means our close neighbours are not disturbed or inconvenienced.
