BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor. - WiFi, queen-sized beds, balconies and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - 2 rooms offer an AC. BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached, 1 common powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 7 people and offers TV. - The dining room seats 6 people. - There is a 120 sq. ft lawn. - There is a terrace. - There is a common powder room on the ground floor. KITCHEN - In-house chef is not available. - Kitchen access can be granted at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. Guests will have to purchase their own materials. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Guests can relish a complimentary South Indian breakfast. - Guests can order food online or from outside. - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - The only thing offered would be gas and cutlery. Guest access - The guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is a pet-friendly property. However, a charge of Rs. 500 will be levied additionally. - This is not a wheelchair friendly property. - There are CCTV camera installed near the entrance and the terrace for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the solar panels can support fans and lights for up to 8 hours. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. -  Mobile networks such as BSNL/Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Coal & raw materials like chicken, paneer, vegetable, spices etc are subject to availability and price. - Guests should confirm their preference at least 24hrs prior.
