The space This apartment is well-positioned for those who want to enjoy a true beachside getaway within easy reach of the city and all that Sydney has to offer. This house is character-filled, with a lovely atmosphere. It is a home from home with everything provided, just move your bags in and start relaxing. CONFIGURATION WITH 3 or 4 BEDS: (4 beds must be requested at time of booking) Bedroom ONE: 1 King or 2 Single Beds Bedroom TWO: 1 Queen + 1 Single Bed - Baby cot and high chair are available on request - 1 bathrooms - Living room with flat screen HD TV and air conditioning - Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge - Private Balcony including outdoor dining setting - Equipped laundry including washer, dryer, and clothesline - Iron and ironing board - Unlimited Wifi available - Beachfront Building but the apartment faces the back of the building - Located on the first floor PARKING: You can get a visitor parking permit for $50 for the entire stay from our Waverley Council Office in Bondi Junction (office hours 8.30 am - 4 pm Mon-Fri) 55 Spring Street, Bondi Junction New South Wales 2022. You can email the council before your arrival, send all the documents, and they will MAIL the parking permit to your house. A photo or copy of the registration must be shown to prove vehicle identity, the vehicle make, model, and registration number plus a copy of your accommodation rental contract. For rental cars, you can get a parking permit only after the car is collected. Free Parking Options: Free all-day parking is on Blair St North Bondi and all the area on the north side of Blair St. It is about a 10/15 min walk from the apartment. Two hours of free parking and free overnight parking from 8 pm to 10 am located at the end of Lamrock Avenue and Cox Ave. It is about 5 min walk from the apartment Free overnight parking in front of the building on Campbell Parade (please read the sign) Guest access The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and incur an additional fee of $50 AUD. These can be confirmed the day before your check-in or check-out. We do not accept cancellations or compensation due to such sightings. However, we regularly fumigate the property and are available to assist if needed. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our apartment is pet free. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning, and penalties will apply. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. This is a peaceful and relaxed area. We ask that you respect the surroundings and maintain a quiet and considerate environment during your stay. ★ CONSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER ★ By booking this property, you acknowledge that construction may occur nearby. We are not liable for any noise or inconvenience, and no refunds or discounts will be provided for construction-related disturbances. ★CLEANING FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 WEEKS★ For our long-term students/guests, the apartment requires cleaning every 2 or 3 weeks. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $150 AUD per cleaning. ★PROPERTY CARE★ Please take care of the apartment and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. This includes: Removing all garbage Washing dishes and emptying the dishwasher Removing excessive sand and dirt Closing all doors and turning off lights Turning off the air conditioning before departure ★ IMPORTANT INFO ★ A hard copy with important information including host contact details, plumber service, electricity provider, and Australian emergency services, along with the code of conduct is available inside the property in the information booklet provided. PLEASE NOTE: Our entrance building has recently undergone some updates, including replacing the doors to the internal staircase.
