The space The house is renovated for 40 years old, with some quaint building materials, like cement floral bricks, grinding stone, and the appearance of the fusion of the old and the new is different from the taste of the new house. The second-floor guest rooms are independent suites, and the bedding is specially selected. The mattresses are of the same firmness as those in star-rated hotels, ensuring a comfortable sleep for all guests. Each room has a private bathroom with a pressure-regulating motor to ensure a stable output of hot water during showers. The room facilities are basic but have all been carefully selected, hoping to provide guests with a good quality of accommodation. Guest access This space is an empty room on the second floor of the house, so it is open for rent. The first floor is the living room and kitchen. The living room and kitchen are shared. You are welcome to use the kitchen space, but cooking is not provided. Smoking is prohibited inside the room If you need to smoke, please move outside the first floor gate. For early check-in, the earliest time available is 1:00 pm on the day of check-in (please book in advance), and an additional fee of 100 RMB/hour will be charged, mainly to cover the additional cost of cleaning staff and house usage.
