Lovely villa among pine trees

In the middle of pine and olive trees, a rustic single-storey house with 3 bedrooms, a lovely patio with a view and a private pool redone in 2026. With calm and splendor of Var countryside, it's the perfect place to shut yourself off from the world! The space The pool and the bathroom have been just renovated in 2026! It's a beautiful house from the 1960s, isolated in the middle of the countryside. You won't hear any neighbors and you will have the possibility to shut yourself off from the world, while being located 2kms away from a lovely, picturesque provence village where you can find a bakery, a grocery store, a bar and restaurants. This way you can enjoy the pleasures of remoteness without its disadvantages! The house is furnished in a comfortable but minimalist way as you can see in the pictures. There is one master bedroom with a French window opening on a private terrace, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed (with a brand new mattress!). The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher). The bathroom, fully redone in 2025, has a bathtub, that can be used as a bath or as a shower. There is no A/C but there are fans. Things to note: this is our house and not a professional rental house. That means this is not one of these impersonal, super clean, brand new Airbnb villas. There are cracks on the walls (because the soil is clay), it's not brand new, but we adore this place, take care of it, and fill it with art, books, and furniture we love. There is no place else we'd rather spend our vacation time and we hope you'll feel the same! Guest access You will have an access to the whole house, to the private swimming pool (only from May to beginning of October!), to the big patio and to the surrounding countryside! Other things to note The master bedroom has a double bed and the other double bedroom's bed is 120cm. The pool is generally available from May until the end of September. Unfortunately, it is forbidden by law to do barbecue in the region during the season because of fire hazard. From end of June to mid September we only accept stays from Saturday to Saturday (so you can stay for one, two weeks, or more, but you can't stay for instance 10 days).
